Operation Orias

In this adventure you play as four Protoframes sent to rescue a spy from a Corpus facility on Orias. Have been trying since GenCon to sign in and update PCs and every time i try, it just reloads the log in screen. I have redone my password with no help. I was able get on once at work as a test, but when I got home, nada. Any ideas?
